Camille de Toledo

Born in 1976

Writer, French essayist, artist, visual artist and video artist, Camille de Toledo works on labyrinthine forms of writing according to what he calls an "aesthetics of vertigo". He works on "an extension of the field of writing" in particular by material narrations, plastic, linking all languages: visual, sound and video. In 2015, he presents a series of three monumental exhibitions in Leipzig, which work to change our regime of historicity to design futures. For his material narrations, he creates a "platform" of production, the Mittel-Europa project through which he invites researchers, historians, art theorists, to work with him, to invent, with several voices, " the future of our future homes ».
