LA LITTERATURE ET LA MUSIQUE A BOUT DE SOUFFLE

François Noudelmann

The presence of music in literature changes in nature when attention to sounds outweighs the pleasure of recomposing harmonies. The writing becomes an echo chamber of the old tunes and modifies the voices which are reduced to murmurs and breaths. Listening to this mutation of soundscapes in the works of Beckett, Duras and Quignard.

As part of the cycle "Text / sound, voice / sound" curated by Anne-Laure Chamboissier at the invitation of ESBA TALM, this fourth conference led by François Noudelmann, philosopher and professor at Paris VIII in the Department of French Literature and francophone.
